Dear @Zomato 😐 Now what is this "Festive season fee". You need to give offers instead you guys are charging. This is ridiculous. Different ways to earn money. And worst part is people just order without checking as you hide "bill summary" now!!

Their supply of delivery persons might decrease due to festive season (some workers might be taking leave). The demand for their services is gonna increase since a lot of people might want to order on Zomato and rest instead of cooking at home or going to the restaurants and buying. What if there are too many orders and very less people to deliver them? Maybe that’s why they want to reduce the demand by increasing the charges during festive time… more fee need not always imply more profitability for them, an increase in price reduces the demand so their profits might increase or decrease.

The only reason they gave offers was because India isnt a premium nation, and it was impossible to get a market share without discounts. Food delivery is a premium service in most of the countries, and people are willing to buy for a premium
