MK Bhatia - the owner of Mits healthcare (a pharmaceutical company) gifted 15 cars to his employees whom he called as his Rockstar, Celebrity In this world where everyone is busy either exploiting employees or employees loosing trust in their company, Mr MK Bhatia realised the value of his employees and their contribution in making Mits healthcare a success Realising this Mr Bhatia decided to gift 15 cars to his celebrities just a week ahead of diwali and has also announced that he wants to give 50 cars next year He said that he hires only freshers, train them and promote the best performing members to vice president of their respective teams depending on their performance they are then promoted to presidents and directors While giving cars to employees sounds insanely crazy and costly it helped Mits healthcare to gain trust of their employees and employees are also motivated to perform their best so it's a win win for both Do you also think this is genius, Why? Why not?
