Steve Jobs's resignation letter to Apple On August 24, 2011, Jobs announced his resignation as Apple’s CEO, writing to the board, “I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first person to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come.” However, Jobs continued to work for Apple until the day before his death six weeks later. In his last moments on October 5, 2011, he was surrounded by family. His sister, Mona Simpson, described his final words as "Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow," reflecting a sense of wonder before his passing. What quality of Steve Jobs, according to you, made him stand out as an Entrepreneur?
