Ride Hailing platforms can assign regular customers / loyal customers the options of choosing or getting assigned highly rated drivers These drivers can be rated highly on various parameters * safe driving / safety conscious when driving * Safe for women (very highly important factor) * Following traffic rules * Politeness and respectful attitude * Not charging extra * Transparency (auto drivers who do not cancel rides after you board the ride/ take longer routes just for the fare to be higher) Even all other service based platforms such as - At home services - Chef at home - Salon at home services The above platforms can also adopt this by assigning highly rated service providers to loyal users. This will not only be rewarding to users but it will also shift from a quantity to a quality focused delivery of services.
