It is legal, withdrawn money from credit card through an ATM is legal too, anything to do with credit is not limited by legality brother. they want you to use credit cards as much as you can by whatever means, you could use credit cards to play pokerbaazi and ruby online and all the bs ludo games too btu should you? Because the interest on all that shit is waaaay too much and then people come knocking on your doors and calling and harassing your parents and relatives and all
