I thik it's a bit too late for Swiggy to beat Zomato. I mean even after getting 1b in funding if they haven't been able to crush the competition then it's not gonna happen. The most they can expect is enjoying their own share of the market
Netflix didnāt just beat Blockbusterāthey exploited its biggest weakness.
In 2000, Blockbuster made $800M from late fees. Customers hated them. Netflix saw an opportunity.
Instead of charging per rental, they launched a $19.99/month unlimited plan.
As a founder i have seen lot of kind of interns. They think that this is the college life where they are enjoying in the company. They don't know how manager are micro manage them. Company policy, politics. It's not easy baby to work in tech. ššš»

Wtf are Zomato and swiggy charging platform fee tho they take commission from seller ? Weird, nvm it's working for them tho. In business perspective it's good but in customer's perspective it's not good.
