I'm pursuing my computer science degree, and I'm currently in my third year. I'm a bit confused about whether I should start preparing to improve my skills or if it's too late. However, my cousins who are in the USA are suggesting that I pursue a master's degree abroad, which they believe will help me earn more money.

You should always work on improving yourself and honing a skill. However i feel like making money is your goal. Going abroad might just be the better option for you.
