𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 : If you have repeat customers for a particular product, it’s a sign that your product is meeting their needs. Take time to analyze what customers like about this product so that you can apply the same approach to other products. If your product is strong and aligns with customer requirements, it will likely become their preferred choice. However, many brands fail because they don’t identify what customers truly want. 𝗦𝗼, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁? You need to go to the ground level and connect with your customers to understand their preferences, sometimes unintentionally. The key is observation—observe people’s behavior wherever you go. Collect feedback effectively, research it, and continuously improve your product. You should constantly experiment, research, implement changes, gather feedback, and repeat the process in a continuous loop. Share your views :)
