Research is an effective way to know your audience at a deeper level🌟 In my opinion rather than just doing a basic research like a survey or questionnaire. One must do an in depth research like - ✅ A qualitative research ( You should interview people about their experience about your product or similar product of your competitors ) ✅A quantitative research( How many people are using the product in a particular region and what is the buying behavior like how often do they buy) ✅Exploratory research is quite underrated. It helps you connecting to your audience at a deeper level( You explore their interests, what makes them buy a particular thing, what triggers the purchase) P.S- These research methods gather a lot of data to analyse deeply and help you make strategic decision According to you before starting out a basic research is good-to-go or a well-in depth research methods like above give you an extra edge to know your audience better?📊🌟
