Your startup idea is worthless... until you validate it. Why this matters? 90% of startups fail. The reason? They skip validation. Before you build, test if your idea actually works. Here's how: Step 1 :- Define the problem Ask yourself: ✅What problem am I solving? ✅Who faces this problem the most? If your idea isn't solving the real problem, its just a hobby. Step 2 :- Identify your audience Who needs this? Be specific. Everyone is not a target audience. Narrow it down -Age -Location -Behavior -pain point. If you can't name your customer, you don't have one. Step 3 :- Research the Market Google is not enough. Do this instead:- -Talk to real people -Check industry reports -Study competitors and gaps If 5+ people say they won't pay for your solution... rethink it. Step 4 :- Test your assumptions Every startuo idea is a hypothesis, Test it!! ✅Run surveys and polls ✅Build a simple landing page ✅Conduct small experiments No validation = No business Just wishful thinking. Step 5 :- Validate Demand Would people pay for it? Look for signs for real demand:- -Pre orders -Wait list -Early users Likes # Sales Demand = Cash in hand. Step 6 :- Build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Your first product should be? ✅Simple ✅Functional ✅Valuable Think: Airbnb's first site was just a google form! Don't overcomplecaticate. BUILD, LAUNCH, LEARN.
