In light of the recent incidents reported in the news, The following are the need of the hour: 1) centralised portal for reporting work place harassment must be created 2) Comprehensive policy draft on what constitutes work place harassment (verbal, physical or psychological/ emotional) This policy must be translated in all vernacular languages for dissemination. 3) Helpline for victims of workplace harassment Similar to POSH this should be implemented across India for workplace to become safe places for people of all genders, backgrounds working across India.
