Instagram is the most manipulative app in the world.
Whenever I open it, it just gives me all sorts of insecurities, most of which are very superficial.
I use a fake ID, but after using it for three days, it always catches me.

i just changed my instagram algorithm. don't blame algorithm. instagram will show content that you are interested in.
YouTube's recommendation algorithm drives 70% of what people watch on the platform.
The algorithm can even override user choices.
This means that if you hit the Dislike or Not interested button on a video, the algorithm may still suggest similar
