Instagram is the most manipulative app in the world. Whenever I open it, it just gives me all sorts of insecurities, most of which are very superficial. I use a fake ID, but after using it for three days, it always catches me. LinkedIn is much better, not because of better content, but because the trash content is visible as trash. How you manage to keep yourself sane while using Instagram, any tips ? #linkedin #instagram #mentalhealth

i just changed my instagram algorithm. don't blame algorithm. instagram will show content that you are interested in.

Well I have uninstalled it for 3 months and I am really happy , initially I was having a FOMO but honestly no one cares about your existence , it's kind of a virtual Drug and people don't realise what it does to your brain !

Someone should build a professional networking app for students. I can switch to LinkedIn or Medial for professional content, but students have no alternative to Instagram.
