in simple terms use beeper, it's the best app I have been to so far. it gets messages from your social Handel like instagram, linkdin, WB and show it in a rather simple format with no extra distraction.

Well I have uninstalled it for 3 months and I am really happy , initially I was having a FOMO but honestly no one cares about your existence , it's kind of a virtual Drug and people don't realise what it does to your brain !
