Why is it so difficult to get the first internship? I have been trying for the last 2 months but I am not getting it. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to what else I should do?

When applying to international companies some companies specifically ask whether you will be needing any support for relocation ?
Does answer to this question affect your resume selection ?
