Let's discuss about the problem of Private schools education in India. I found a problem in high schools in my surroundings that, these schools are facing a huge scarcity of well qualified and experienced teachers. Day by day the number of schools is increasing, but there is no availability of good teachers. Also the are lack of digital tools which are the most important requirement of this age. I found 4-5 teachers in different schools whom I know personally, because they were my classmates in school and I know how good they were in learning. Long story short, I think Indian schools are lack of digital tools which are necessary today to teach things in best way and The Teachers, I think who is unemployed left with the option of teaching. And these problems are mainly from the schools which are in rural areas.

I agree what you said , the education system in tier 3 and 4 areas are worst , there is a lack of skilled teachers and they are not capable of teaching new things to children so thus the children are not being able to cope up with the real world reality and this is a loop where unskilled teacher teaching only syllabus of books for the sake of exam and the students who are only remembering the topics for the sake of the exam. education system in India should need to be changed with bringing innovation in education, most of the private institutions are only making business. their fee will be 50k and the students are 60 ie. 50×60 salary they giving to their teachers is 20 k and doing business in the name of good education but in reality there is nothing that the students gaining from these people these should need to be changed by proper governance and all teachers should need to take a exam to be eligible to teach the new things.

Rural schools have it the worst. Even if they find good teachers, they don’t stay because of low salaries and lack of resources. It’s not just about digital tools—there’s no incentive for good teachers to stay. Unless we incentivize people to work in rural areas, higher pay, better living conditions

you nailed it when you said 'left with the option of teaching.' That's the reality of it. Too many people choose teaching as a backup plan because they didn't crack the exams they actually wanted. And it shows in the way they teach—zero passion, just going through the motions. No wonder the quality is so bad.
