I agree what you said , the education system in tier 3 and 4 areas are worst , there is a lack of skilled teachers and they are not capable of teaching new things to children so thus the children are not being able to cope up with the real world reality and this is a loop where unskilled teacher teaching only syllabus of books for the sake of exam and the students who are only remembering the topics for the sake of the exam. education system in India should need to be changed with bringing innovation in education, most of the private institutions are only making business. their fee will be 50k and the students are 60 ie. 50×60 salary they giving to their teachers is 20 k and doing business in the name of good education but in reality there is nothing that the students gaining from these people these should need to be changed by proper governance and all teachers should need to take a exam to be eligible to teach the new things.
