Ask the 1.35L one if the payment can be made on the completion if possible. And the free one you can anyway give a try since it wouldn't harm you but give a clientele to them for their other potential clients!

Many companies do offer such services. I'm not aware about the Immigration companies but Skill related companies do who have this policy of taking fees only after they get you a job secured. About clientele, I meant, if I approach to them for same services, they will be able to say that they are working with one other as well to and if they complete the service, they can show to me that they have already helped you with the same services.

in Study Aboard, There is no one that will receive payment after admission.also They are not going to guarantee. There is one more company that as 1L fees and also have some kind of elite admission and 1 admission guarantee as well
