To all the founders out there, how many hours of sleep do you actually manage to get each night while juggling everything on your plate?

On a good day, 4 hours. On a bad day, 2 hours. Practice polyphasic sleep. Take 10 min power naps spread across the day. Increase REM time and reduce the time it takes to go into REM.
