I usually watch TED talks like one in a year and next ten in the same week during that time of the year. The first 20 hours -how to learn anything | Josh Kaufman SO l will write something that i understood : 20hour Rules: -Let the task of learning dilute to the smallest and break it to the smallest, such that it can be done by your younger self too ~ Deconstruct the skill -Consume only as much as you can digest -what does it mean? follow this in the beginning only don't dive in much increase your capacity slowly. ~Learn enough to self-correct. -Barriers also the ones which are emotional really need to be worked upon ~Remove practice barriers. - Practice one hour *20 (practice+practice+practice+.......) ~Practice at least 20hours (these are my POV)
