It's still emerging and very few people are using it on a daily basis the real comparison should be done after 2-3 years.

Yup I agree but honestly the Q-com use is huge in my area. Zepto, Blinkit and IG's dark store are within 200m radius of my house. And yeah, it's usage would surely just explode in 1-2 years

maybe people buy extra goodies from Qcom and buy basic necessities offline.

I don't think so and in fact it's probably the opposite because basic needs like groceries are cheaper at Qcom and other non necessary goods are more expensive online
