Now this one is interesting! So, I just visited a grocery store yesterday to talk about the impact of Q-Commerce on their stores, and the shopkeeper's answer was quite interesting. He said that his business is growing at a good rate and, these platforms haven't made any impact on his store's sales. I was really shocked to hear this and asked, "Who are the ones really shopping?" He replied, "What do you mean? Just normal people are shopping." So, I went home and thought about it, and I could think of one possibility. Just like how we use Q-com and Online Grocery platforms for convenience, by paying a little more, maybe other people who typically shop at DMart, supermarkets, etc., are doing the same. Tho, if you look at DMart's revenue, it's still growing at ~18% YOY. So, something must be wrong. Thus, I would request all of you to visit local stores and ask them the same thing. We might learn something new.
