They all are puppets of their higher hierarchy. They never accept this in all they only compare themselves with others who are feeling toxicity or high levels of stress. Their dialogue would be: (Aree yeh bhi koi stress hota hain mein jab iske position mein tha tab meine bhot mehnat Kari tabhi aaj jaake ek team ko lead kar rha hu)...... But in short we all know in most of the cases they do high amount of buttering to their clients, senior manager, zonal manager, etc to get that position.
