Exercise probably,I don't think I ever had bad mental health to be honest but a lot of things sorted out for me once I focused on being a bit healthy.
how do you keep yourself healthy
ig it starts from a combination of diet and exercise.like i started eating the same meal everyday with few days as exception when I get the craving.meal is filled with protein carbs and good fat.also started doing light excercise, especially focused on flexibility and as simple as pushup and cruches
