I’ve been feeling really down and under confident lately because of my skinny physique. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to gain weight, and it’s been this way for 6 months now. People constantly make fun of me, and it hurts more than I can express. I try eating a lot, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Does anyone have advice on how to bulk up? I just want to feel better in my own body and finally see some progress.

Here I went from 107kg to 75kg, then again came to 89 and 85Kg currently . haha, no issue I can provide you a good diet plan and some tricks that'll help ya gain weight . it's just Calories Management at the end of day .
