It was only when they implemented a system, change their believes about themselves and with continuous small improvement achieve a different outcome. 2) 3 Layers of Behaviour Change: i) Changing your outcomes, ex: Gaining weight, run a 7 figure business . ii) changing your process, ex: eating more, time management and learning and implementing skills. iii) Changing your identity, ex: changing your believes about yourself. ( best and most viable way) 3) Best way to Change your identity: i) Deciding what type of person you want to Become ii) proving it to yourself by small wins.
