WTF is going in ? EY Employee Died due to work pressure 🔥 Why so much stress & pressure in the work space . Any Employee do share your experience & also what's your opinion over this ?
But... and don't hate me for this, was work pressure the only pressure she was suffering from? Things were fine at home? Friends were good and supportive? Love life, if any, was all sunshine and roses? Life otherwise, apart from work, was good? I think the work pressure was a tipping point for her, for all that she might have been struggling with and couldn't talk.
One of my teammate committed suicide due to work pressure and bad reviews from Manager and no hike in appraisal. I don't understand why people consider work as the utmost priority and nothing else matters in life. Not getting a raise does not mean you have nothing else in life. Companies should keep a check on the managers as well and their behaviour with the employees.

This is embarrassing. Companies should be sued

BILLION DOLLAR IDEA: See who like you I'm thinking of creating a social app where users can see what others think about them -like who finds them funny, likable - anonymously. How it works: Users answer fun questions like "Who's the funniest?" And "Who's attractive" and choose from a list of their friends. The selected person gets notified, but the voter stays anonymous. It's a way for people to know how theyre perceived without revealing the identity of those giving feedback, Would you use an app like this? Thoughts? Share your thoughts and do upvote me. https://medial.app/idea/befrank-016ae1a4d0628 #Redbull #Entrepreneurship #StartUp #MedialEntry

I also heard no one was allowed even for a leave to attend the funeral
This is so messed up. Why are companies still pretending that work-life balance is a thing? It's all about profit margins, and employees are disposable. They’ll preach mental health all day but won’t give you a day off even if you’re collapsing from the pressure.
It’s not just EY—it's the whole damn corporate culture in India. They throw around buzzwords like ‘mental health’ and ‘well-being,’ but they don’t give a damn if you're breaking down. No time off, no empathy. It’s always 'finish this one more task'.
What I understood is if you are dissatisfied with the work environment and incentives<work...just leave that place
