Hourly wage or per project based pay should be the pay parity

This guy should know better yaar, having the kind of platform and audience he has, the kind of influence he can make towards positive change but he choose to be a sensation. Idk why some people with power jsut end up living a life of struggle to keep that power instead of using it for any better purpose.

Hourly wage should be a thing in india, honestly. All the mistreatment and overwork and frowns you get when you leave by 6 or 7 is just stupid,. Pay me then, I will work till 9p everyday, pay me for those extra 3 hours too na fir.
