at the initial stage or starting stage suppose you want to enter into quick commerce industry but don't have capital to start so if someone want to start it anyhow by some Jugad like launching their own platform to order for a specific niche like fruits and vegetables and when someone orders it from their platform they simply just order it from any other quick commerce company and deliver it to their customer. Is it right to do so at initial stage and one more thing if that same guy (Me) is trying out every niche like rather it's fruits & vegetables or stationary, or anything is it right? or should i just focus at one niche only instead of just hopping into everything just to get a sale.
