Many companies have very poor data privacy policies. I am completely averse to giving my Aadhar/ Pan or even registering for EPFO because of the fact that I am worried that my data will be treated like a joke. Is there any way out of this? please tell me

good luck avoiding Aadhaar/PAN while being employed or saving for retirement. The system forces you to give up your info. Unless you go freelance and invoice in cash, you’re kinda stuck
