What changes you'll need in food delivery sector ? Any issue that you are facing and want to solve that Zomato / Swiggy ain't solving .

It will best if they try to decrease the prices of the service charge. and they charge a lot for service from small restaurants and cloud kitchen's. it's completely my Pov. i know there are alternatives like Ondc but it is buggy too
I'm frustrated by these bullshit cloud kitchen's/Resturants who ignores order modification feedback request and Zomato/swiggy are not ready to cancel the order even they know that restaurant/ cloud kitchen is not much active and rejecting customers c
Why should you pay gst and sgst on service charges? That is illegal. If you are not happy why should you agree to pay service charges?
I see they got cheated.. Tax should be on bill.. which means 1214 * 5% which 60.70 but they added gst on service c

Zomato vs ONDC
Problem- Zomato is charging high commissions from restaurants which forces them to increase the prices on the platform. End consumer has no choice since they are used to the button dabao delivery pao thing very much.
