What do you think guys, big boys such as TATA, MAHINDRA, EXIDE, AMARA RAJA, GETSUN POWER, etc. will let other new babies play the game in EV Sector? Because, I'm seeing that this well established Big Boys have created or creating entire in-house eco system for EV from tech, manufacturing to infrastructure. Plus, strong financial backing and lobbying power in government making not so easy to new babies play a game.

Either lower the commission to 10% or go for subscription based. Leverage ONDC. Either create a fleet of drivers or get into Collab with quick commerce players.

You don't have to go all the way to non profit , but can reduce the commission from 25 -30% to 10% With this you'll be able to handle the delivery partner and get bit of profit too .
