Help me know. If you know Zomato/Swiggy charges hefty commissions, what don't you guys directly order by calling restaurant like earlier days to save your money? What stopping you?
Does anybody have any idea how we can decrease the commissions and convenience fee charges by Zomato and Swiggy??

A) We see them as exploitative services that drive up restaurant prices with hefty commission fees. We Would be glad if they'd never exist.

Why do people dislike brokers and commissions? We have a unicorn company called "NoBroker."
I believe brokers provide seamless service by handling all the details we might not know about, and commissions seem like a convenience fee to me.
