Does anyone know whats the buisness model for the zomato/swiggy dineout thing

The duopoly of zomato swiggy is the biggest threat for Restaurant and cloud kitchen industry in india. Why? Most of the restaurant and cloud kitchen owners are making loss or making razor thin profit when we order through zomato- swiggy Approx 30

Guy wearing swiggy helmet and bag of Zomato, it's sad and funny at the same time. Maybe in future he'll deliver Zepto orders.

Help me know. If you know Zomato/Swiggy charges hefty commissions, what don't you guys directly order by calling restaurant like earlier days to save your money? What stopping you?

Food for thought: As drone tech matures into the mainstream, restaurants shall leverage it, deliver orders directly to it's customers and services Zomato/swiggy maybe out of business. Your thoughts please.
