Help me know. If you know Zomato/Swiggy charges hefty commissions, what don't you guys directly order by calling restaurant like earlier days to save your money? What stopping you?

*Trust Issues - People don't trust the restaurants.
They need a middleman who can fight for them or whose neck they can pick if things go wrong.
can company share their invoices with ordinary people for trust issues like a company that approaches us saying that they will provide mentorship and placement after posting some amount of fees
