The logistics strategy is still a work in progress. They're utilizing Delhivery and Shipkart for managing returns, while Porter handles last-mile deliveries. I don’t think that’s neither very efficient or good for their margins. Plus, when I tried returning they sent both shipkart and delhivery guys to my place, which means their systems aren’t fully set up, not yet. Sad thing is I changed my mind and didn’t return the shirt, but even that might have costed them 😂 but yes, super convenient
