Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a startup idea focused on helping retail shopkeepers (kirana stores) buy groceries online at wholesale rates, without the hassle of going to traditional markets. The goal is to make their sourcing process faster, more reliable, and affordable, by offering doorstep delivery using a local-first model — starting with WhatsApp-based ordering and low-cost EV transport (like Porter). One of the biggest challenges I’m working on is: How to source quality products with enough margin so that retailers can still get wholesale prices — even after adding delivery cost. I’ve already worked on: - Market & competitor analysis (Udaan, local wholesale) - Price margin comparisons - Cost-saving delivery strategies Now, I’m looking for partners, co-founders, or mentors who want to solve real problems in India’s retail supply chain. If you're experienced in supply sourcing, B2B sales, last-mile logistics, or tech, I’d love to connect. thankyou for reading
