The goal is to make their sourcing process faster, more reliable, and affordable, by offering doorstep delivery using a local-first model starting with WhatsApp-based ordering and low-cost EV transport One of the biggest challenges I’m working on is: How to source quality products with enough margin so that retailers can still get wholesale prices — even after adding delivery cost.
