Hey guys, I just had an amazing conversation with someone who shared an incredible idea. It's one of those ideas that could genuinely change the world. So, with their permission, Iām excited to share a bit of it with you. We were discussing the most underrated problem that affects millionsāpoverty. Itās a harsh reality that every country faces, and no matter how much progress we make, this issue never seems to disappear. But hereās where it got interesting: we talked about unemployment. There are so many skilled individuals out there, but they remain unemployed. Why? Well, the person I spoke to said something that stuck with me. He pointed out that in India, millions are ready to work, but the jobs simply aren't available. Thatās the real issueāwho is going to provide these jobs? After going back and forth, we came to a realization: solving a problem isnāt just about offering a product or service. Itās about making yourself irreplaceable by addressing a need that no one else has figured out how to solve. Thatās where this idea really stands out. Itās not about creating labor-intensive work for people, paying them just enough to survive. Itās about providing opportunities that empower them and lift them out of poverty in a sustainable way. You might think itās not possible. But why not? Why canāt a business that genuinely helps people succeed? After all, as Mahatma Gandhi once said, "The true measure of independence is not just freedom for the country, but ensuring that the poorest have a better life."Actually, it's not about making poor people work for us. No, thatās not the point Iām trying to make. The whole world is changing, and I want to break it down for you simply. There are two major sectors in the world right now: online and offline. Now, which one do you focus on? For me, itās online. A lot of people are moving online, but some are still working offline. So, whatās the connection between these two? This is where the real money is being made. Think about it: construction workers, for example, work long hours out in the field, but still, they donāt make nearly as much as those in online spaces. Thatās the issue weāre facing. And after diving deep into this problem, discussing it casually for three days, I realized somethingāthe problem can be solved. But nobodyās thinking about it that way.
