Hey guys, I just had an amazing conversation with someone who shared an incredible idea. It's one of those ideas that could genuinely change the world. So, with their permission, Iโ€™m excited to share a bit of it with you. We were discussing the most underrated problem that affects millionsโ€”poverty. Itโ€™s a harsh reality that every country faces, and no matter how much progress we make, this issue never seems to disappear. But hereโ€™s where it got interesting: we talked about unemployment. There are so many skilled individuals out there, but they remain unemployed. Why? Well, the person I spoke to said something that stuck with me. He pointed out that in India, millions are ready to work, but the jobs simply aren't available. Thatโ€™s the real issueโ€”who is going to provide these jobs? After going back and forth, we came to a realization: solving a problem isnโ€™t just about offering a product or service. Itโ€™s about making yourself irreplaceable by addressing a need that no one else has figured out how to solve. Thatโ€™s where this idea really stands out. Itโ€™s not about creating labor-intensive work for people, paying them just enough to survive. Itโ€™s about providing opportunities that empower them and lift them out of poverty in a sustainable way. You might think itโ€™s not possible. But why not? Why canโ€™t a business that genuinely helps people succeed? After all, as Mahatma Gandhi once said, "The true measure of independence is not just freedom for the country, but ensuring that the poorest have a better life."Actually, it's not about making poor people work for us. No, thatโ€™s not the point Iโ€™m trying to make. The whole world is changing, and I want to break it down for you simply. There are two major sectors in the world right now: online and offline. Now, which one do you focus on? For me, itโ€™s online. A lot of people are moving online, but some are still working offline. So, whatโ€™s the connection between these two? This is where the real money is being made. Think about it: construction workers, for example, work long hours out in the field, but still, they donโ€™t make nearly as much as those in online spaces. Thatโ€™s the issue weโ€™re facing. And after diving deep into this problem, discussing it casually for three days, I realized somethingโ€”the problem can be solved. But nobodyโ€™s thinking about it that way.
