What I'd like to tell you is... Sir whoever is willing to work is going to work and that's the only truth of the society. It's just that people are confused, most of the times they just can't find their ikigai 'passion'. If you want to fill a gap in this society you've got to provide better platforms for career counseling and passion finders. Maybe using AI and ML etc. So that youth like me who are just confused and is a jack of all trades can find their something they can do their whole life.
