Bro, this space is super saturated—MyFitnessPal, Reddit communities, Instagram influencers, local event platforms like Townscript, etc. You're competing with giants unless you bring something extremely unique to the table. Think hard about what your USP will be.
These guys don't want communities to come together. These guys are keen to set them apart and target them with misleading and eye-ball manipulative ads. Reddit makes you feel less important unless you are provocative and outrageous.
