Does anyone have any advice for a first-time founder? What's pitfalls should we avoid at all costs? Or what decisions should we make as quickly as possible?
Currently, I do not have the budget to pay staff and so, I hired a bunch of volunteers. They're still beginners in their fields, but are somewhat effective. What do you think?
