Fuck sprint planning/analysis. Doing quantitative analysis of work in story points estimates, while expecting ownership of grooming the feature, collaborating with respective stakeholders, but being answerable to only those things that are incomplete

Sprint planning feels like a damn circus, where the ringmaster only cares about what’s incomplete. Story points, grooming, stakeholder meetings—it’s all a numbers game that never really captures the real work we do. Efficiency metrics are just a fancy way to make us feel like we’re never doing enough, even when we’re busting our asses.

It’s the trap of salary. Management of sprint is stupid when you say ownership in your first sentence.
