Fuck sprint planning/analysis. Doing quantitative analysis of work in story points estimates, while expecting ownership of grooming the feature, collaborating with respective stakeholders, but being answerable to only those things that are incomplete. You can never beat the system. Efficiency calculation can only be optimised even when completion status is 100%. The progress sounds like a distant reality when the sprint master focuses on criticising the tickets that are not groomed. Just as measuring an engineer's efficiency in hours put in is a stupid metric, so is distributing ownership and analysing it.
