Is the customer always right ⁉️ " Customers are rarely Right " - Mark Cuban This is because it's not the customer who comes up with idea or innovation it's entrepreneur who comes up with them. If thought customers are right then there should not be GST , Random useless charges on Zomato, right? But that's not how shit works. Customer is King Not Entrepreneur. You are a servant ( Entrepreneur) to the king 👑

Just because a customer demands something doesn’t mean it’s the best move for your business. It's your job to make tough decisions. I mean..Imagine if every complaint or demand was catered to—businesses would be impossible to manage efficiently.

True, especially in India, where customers often expect unreasonable things. But, as an entrepreneur, you have to balance between giving them what they want and what’s realistically possible.
