I'm facing this problem Please help me In the hospitality industry, managing cash flow is a significant challenge due to delays in payments from hotels and other clients. Despite timely fulfillment of orders, the reliance on credit terms often leads to late payments, causing cash flow issues. This delay in payments disrupts financial stability and affects the overall liquidity of the business. We are seeking effective solutions to address this issue and improve cash flow management. Any suggestions or strategies to mitigate payment delays and enhance liquidity would be greatly appreciated.

Without cheking your overall financial ,I am unable to help you properly but still i will tell you few things so firstly you need to offer discount to those who give payment to you in 15 days or less also Implement high charges on those who is giving late payment then take regular follow ups also establish good communication with your supplier . Automate every financial process also do strong contract with your supplier. You can also take short term loans . Diversification is really important so increase your revenue models and kick out your financial management employees
