"Thank you for the question, Laxit. At the time, the delivery component seemed integral to offering convenience and aligning with consumer expectations. We underestimated the logistical complexities and costs, which became apparent later. By the time we realized this, we were already heavily invested in the infrastructure and partnerships necessary for delivery. Shifting to a pickup-only model would have required significant restructuring which requires more funding but we failed to raise that fund. So we have no other ways but to shut down the operation.Actually It's a valuable lesson learned for future endeavors."

Understandable, as the delivery component was setting you apart from the crowd and you went deep in that regard, which unfortunately didn’t turn out to be as fruitful.
