I conducted a survey of a town council where there are 15+ coaching centers with approximately 3,000+ students studying. If we provide these 3,000 students with better infrastructure, qualified teachers, and quality content at the same fees, while establishing ourselves as a brand that offers many facilities which these small coaching centers can't provide, they would prefer us. Suppose 1,000 students choose to study with us; that would amount to approximately ₹10 lakhs (1,000 students × ₹1,000 fees). We would hire 5 teachers for 5 subjects, with a salary of ₹30,000 each, totaling ₹1.5 lakhs for teachers' salaries. Adding ₹20,000 for rent, ₹30,000 for electricity, and other expenses, the maximum cost would be around ₹3 lakhs. Even then, we would save ₹7 lakhs, so revenue and profit wouldn't be an issue at all.
