I'm hariom vishwakarma Hello friends, according to today's youth, I am working on a project, which I think will go a long way and I will be able to successfully take whatever work I want to do in my future. Many people set up a time table for their goal and are able to follow it for some time and then their same time-wasting routine starts. I've been measuring myself for a long time in this matter. I think it's not my fault either. To do any work continuously, we need an enthusiasm and a fear behind doing that work and if that work is not done, then there should be a fear behind it, which we should learn from our childhood. In childhood, if the teacher in school used to tell us that if you do not do their work, then we will be beaten up or there will be a complaint at home, then we used to go to do that work due to some fear, I want you to give me your opinion about this, so that I can strengthen my subject further, so let's go together do something.

But the fear does not work everytime instead we need to create a certain sort of leverage that will motivate the people to do their work ..I feel that people don't do most of the tasks due to lack of motivation and too much distractions
