cope up with your fear with this simple tip. "Think as thoughts of fear only resides inside our head and nothing have to do with reality. And when you encounter a lion still fear will be inside your head but this time it has a lot to do with reality" This means that only do fear when you're in a real danger like lion attacks etc... For thought of fear from dark arises from uncertainty... And what we think about our surroundings doesn't dictate reality but rather what surrounding has. we've to investigate and for investigation we need data & as we know in darkness our sense aren't able to capture data from the outside world this put our brain in data scarcity often turn into weird fearful thoughts and this is what fear looks like... At the crux : "fearing from danger is good because this is real fear but fear which arises from thoughts which think maybe there's ghost beneath my bed is fakeness of fear"
