The most trivial mentality is that "I should do everything myself so that I don't have to give anything to anyone". This mentality of doing "everything" by oneself is what sinks most people. If you think big, then do big. Delegate the work, assign it to a specialist and let him do it.This will increase your casting a little, but you will save time and you can use that time to do the work you can do better.
